Competition Barbeque Sauce

Pork in the House Barbeque Sauce

This barbeque sauce is a such a consistent winner with the backyard crowd that we are sure that it would be competitive in a contest. It has the right amount of kick yet it is not overwhelmingly hot. You can add a little liquid smoke to give it that smoke bite but be careful, too much and you will ruin it.

This is a great “sauce on the side” condiment that lets your guest add just the right amount to their ribs or pulled pork.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of chili sauce
  • 3 cups of ketchup
  • 1 cup of spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
